Christina Conger

Christina Conger was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. She began dancing at the age of 6 to help with her style as a figure skater, and she hasn’t stopped since. She grew up dancing in Dance Spectrum Alaska’s company, and then went off to get her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from Montana State, as well as her ACSM Health/Fitness Specialist and Zumba certifications. In 2008-2009, she traveled around the U.S., China, and Japan as the lead dancer in the Magic of Jay Owenhouse, before coming to Vermont last year to attend the New England Center for Circus Art’s Professional Training Program, where she majored in hand-to-hand and minored in skating trapeze. Currently, she is a dancer for Pilobolus, recently performing on a live German TV show, and also in collaboration with Radiolab, in a show titled “In the Dark.”
