Building a firm foundation of healthy alignment and core strength, mat Pilates offers a thoughtful yet challenging workout. With a focus on efficiency and self-awareness, we will gain strength and control, improve flexibility and posture, and enjoy an energizing and centering session. Monday 7-8p: Multi-Level Pilates (Beginning/Intermediate)

Wednesday 8:30-9:30a: Gentle Pilates ~ A perfect choice for those who, for whatever reason, wish to progress more gently. Deeply focused and rooted in fundamentals, more advanced students will still be challenged. All students welcome in Gentle Pilates.

Wednesday 7-8p: Multi-Level Pilates (Beginning/Intermediate)

Students, please indicate which day/time you wish to sign up for on the registration page. Students with significant injuries, please contact instructor prior to registering for class.

There are no drop ins for pilates classes. During the first week of the session, however, students may drop-in for $15. After that, classes will run as a series.

Makeup policy: If a student is absent for their scheduled class time, they are welcome to make the class up during another one of Amanda’s other Pilates mat times, if they do so within the same week and the class is not full.

Maximum class size: 12

Wednesday morning 8:30 - 9:30 am $130/10 weeks.

Monday evening 7 - 8 pm $130/10 weeks.

Wednesday evening 7 - 8 pm $130/10 weeks.

Two pilates classes per week $240/10 weeks.
